Our Standard hotel rooms have either one king bed or two queen beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, color cable television, private bath, and direct dial telephones. All Standard Rooms are large size and also Handicap accessible rooms including ELEVATOR. Rates subject to 9% N.H. room & meals tax (not included in price). Microwaves, and VCRs are available upon request. Ask about free early check in.

POLICIES

All rates are subject to change-rates may be higher during special events weekends.
A credit card or deposit of one night's lodging is required to guarantee a reservation after 4 P.M. A 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of a reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club, and American Express.
Please inform front desk before check-in if you have a pet. If you do not and a pet is found on the premises or in your room, management reserves the right to ask you to leave without a refund.
